Cancellation & Refund Policy

Digital product

PerfectBioData delivers digital biodata files instantly after payment. Because delivery is immediate, refunds are limited as described below.

When refunds apply

• Payment was debited but download access was not granted due to a verified technical fault on our side.
• Duplicate charge for the same order — we will refund the duplicate after verification.
• Payment failed at the gateway but amount was still debited (subject to bank/Razorpay settlement timelines).

When refunds do not apply

• You successfully downloaded your premium PDF, Word file, or share image.
• You changed your mind after purchase — digital goods are non-returnable once delivered.
• Dissatisfaction with template design when the product matched the on-site preview.
• Errors in biodata text entered by you in the form.

How to request a refund

Email billing@perfectbiodata.com within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID, registered email (if any), and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank credit may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

There is no recurring subscription to cancel. If you abandon checkout before payment completes, no charge is made.
