PerfectBioData does not ship physical products. All biodata outputs are delivered electronically through your browser.

Templates

• After successful Razorpay payment, you are redirected to the download page instantly.
• Premium unlock includes high-quality PDF, editable Word (.docx) where offered, and WhatsApp-ready image export.
• Download links and session access remain available for the current browser session; save files to your device promptly.

Email delivery

If you request email delivery, the PDF is sent to the address you provide, typically within a few minutes. Check spam folders if you do not see it.

Technical requirements

• Modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with JavaScript enabled.
• Stable internet connection for payment and file download.
• PDF reader for .pdf files; Microsoft Word or compatible app for .docx files.

Delivery issues

If payment succeeded but files are unavailable, contact support@perfectbiodata.com with your payment reference — we will restore access or refund per our refund policy.
