PerfectBioData (https://perfectbiodata.com) helps you create marriage biodata documents. We believe in collecting only what we need to provide the service and keeping it secure.

You can use most features without creating an account. When you pay for a premium template, payment is processed by our payment partner — we do not store your card or UPI credentials.

Information we collect

• Details you enter in the biodata form (name, family details, contact information, photos you upload).
• Draft data saved temporarily when you use autosave, magic edit links, or complete a purchase.
• Payment references (order ID, amount, status) from Razorpay — not full payment instrument details.
• Basic usage analytics (e.g. page views, funnel steps) to improve the product — see our Cookie Policy.
• Technical data such as browser type, device, and approximate region from standard server logs.

How we use your information

• Generate previews, PDF exports, Word files, and WhatsApp share images you request.
• Process one-time payments and provide download access after successful payment.
• Send a PDF to your email address when you explicitly request email delivery.
• Respond to support requests and resolve billing or technical issues.
• Improve templates, fix bugs, and understand aggregate usage patterns.

Storage & retention

Form data may be stored in your browser session and, if you opt in, as an encrypted draft on our servers for up to 90 days via magic edit links.

Generated exports are processed on demand. We do not indefinitely archive your biodata content unless you explicitly save a draft.

Payment records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution under applicable law.

Sharing with third parties

• Razorpay — payment processing (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy).
• Cloud hosting and storage providers — to run the website and store drafts securely.
• Email delivery provider — only when you request a copy by email.
• Analytics providers — anonymised or pseudonymised usage data (see Cookie Policy).
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your choices & rights

• You control which fields appear on your biodata using show/hide toggles in the form.
• You may request deletion of a saved draft by contacting us with your edit link or order reference.
• You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings.
• Indian residents may exercise rights under applicable data protection laws by emailing us.

Children

Our service is intended for users creating marriage biodata, typically aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 without parental consent.
