Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for ensuring information in your biodata is accurate and lawful to share.
• You must not use the service for fraudulent, harassing, or illegal purposes.

Service description

PerfectBioData provides online tools to create marriage biodata using editable templates. Templates unlock export formats (PDF, Word, WhatsApp image) for a one-time fee per download session unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual property

• Template designs, artwork, fonts, and site content are owned by us or our licensors.
• You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use exported biodata for matrimonial purposes.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our templates as templates or stock artwork.
• Content you provide (your text and photos) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it for previews and exports.

Payments

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where stated.
• Payments are one-time charges — no subscription unless explicitly offered.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay or other authorised gateways.
• Failed or duplicate charges are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or contains malware.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate others in biodata content.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We strive for accuracy of exports but do not guarantee suitability for any particular matrimonial outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
